I create art that builds a relationship between myself, my artwork, and my audience. I do this by choosing tools, surfaces, and colors to reflect what emotions or messages I want to communicate in a specific piece. I create these relationships by telling stories about what I am presently going through, a memory I am reliving, a tragedy I am trying to overcome, and time with my family. I believe my art should evolve with my process and over time as I build new skills, being open to fluidity. Look deep into the texture, mixed media, color choices, and subject matter of my artwork and there will always be something there for you to connect with in your lifes journey.

Presentation/Speaker
I am an experienced speaker on the art of visual storytelling and visual communication through art. My own artwork expresses my life experiences through my subject matter, chosen colors, textures, or who I am studying at the time. I believe art is healing and I can help you see the messages of not just surviving but the messages of healing through art.
